Be a volunteer to learn more about Drug
Abuse/ Alcoholism/Tobacco Abuse/Chronic Mental Illness/Psychological problems of the
Elderly so that you could subsequently be a part of the core group to work in community.
Disseminate information about
addiction/mental illness in your immediate circle of friends/work place etc. after
receiving information from RAHAT.
Identify people who need help so that
they be referred to suitable professionals or agencies.
Make a monetary contribution of any amount to RAHAT. AIl contributions to
RAHAT are tax exempt under section 80G; of Income Tax Act, 1961 (No. DIT
(E)/98/R-362/88/65)
Locate others to make monetary contribution & also foreign donations
(The trust is exempt under FCRA).
